Cranbrook State School is excited to welcome our future 2027 Prep students to the Prep Transition Program!
This free, 5-week program is held during Term 4 (Week 6 – Week 10) and is designed to help children start school smoothly and confidently.
What to Expect
- Fun and engaging activities: Each week, children will participate in exciting activities in different classroom settings.
- Parent information sessions: Parents and guardians are invited to attend weekly sessions to learn more about Prep life at Cranbrook.

To receive updates about our Prep Transition Program, please submit your enrolment forms as soon as possible, so your family can be added to our mailing list.
Please note that completed enrolment forms are required before your child can attend the program.
Ready to Enrol?
You can start the enrolment process now by completing the Enrolment Form for Prep – Year 3 (4.9MB). Once completed, return the form:
As part of the enrolment process at Cranbrook, you will need to provide the original of your child's birth certificate.
Once all required paperwork has been submitted, the Principal will review your application and our office staff will send a formal acceptance email before attending our Prep Transition Program.
Where a child has identified support needs, our office staff will arrange a meeting with a member of our Leadership Team before attending the first session of our Prep Transition Program. This meeting provides an opportunity to discuss your child's needs, ensure a smooth transition into our school and that appropriate planning and supports are in place.
