Welcome to Cranbrook State School. We believe this is a great school and a caring place to be and learn. Cranbrook accepted its first students in January, 1981. There are currently more than 500 students and is a medium-sized school with excellent facilities, excellent programs and an excellent relationship with its community.

A seamless curriculum is provided for students from prep to year 6, offering the highest quality education and facilities for your child, and a place where happy, confident students are encouraged to become self-disciplined, responsible adults. This is best achieved by parents, teachers and students working together through positive, respectful, and supportive relationships to develop a mindful, caring, and compassionate school community.

Discipline at Cranbrook is firm but fair. We encourage the development of teacher-pupil relationships that are characterised by mutual respect and understanding. We aim to prepare students not only for the few years they attend Cranbrook, but for the years that lie ahead.
